Gage Elementary School is located in the heart of the San Carlos community and serves a diverse population of students and families. We take pride in fostering an inclusive environment where students from a variety of cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds learn, grow, and celebrate one another's unique experiences. Our school community is built on respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to student success.
Family involvement is an important part of what makes Gage such a special place. We believe that strong partnerships between home and school help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Parents and guardians have many opportunities to participate in their child's education, both at the school site and through district-level programs. We also encourage families to support learning at home by maintaining high expectations, establishing positive routines, and fostering a love of learning.
Gage families contribute to our school community in countless ways. Volunteers support classroom activities, school events, family engagement opportunities, and campus improvement projects. Parents also participate in school committees, including the School Site Council and English Learner Advisory Committee, helping to shape programs and decisions that benefit all students.
Our school is fortunate to be supported by both an active PTA and the Gage Gators Foundation. Together, these organizations work to enrich the educational experience of our students by organizing community-building events, supporting school programs, funding educational opportunities, and strengthening connections between families and the school community.
