UTK/Kindergarten Registration

UTK - Enrollment is closed. Questions? Reach out to Neighborhood Schools and Enrollment

Kindergarten - Must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2022 to enroll in Kindergarten (born prior to Sept.2, 2017).

• Must supply Birth Certificate or Passport
• Must supply Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Mortgage Statement, Rental or Lease Agreement, or Military Housing Orders)
• MUST have Up-to-Date Immunization Record
• • 5 DTaP (4 doses meet requirement if at least one was given on or after the 4th birthday)
  • 4 Polio (3 doses meet requirement if at least one was given on or after the 4th birthday)
  • 3 Hep B
  • 2 MMR (1st dose on or after 1st birthday)
  • 2 Varicella

**Please note that enrollment packets will NOT be accepted without all of the required documents.

To Enroll Children in Grades 1 - 5
