Bridge Builders is a student leadership program at Gage Elementary that helps foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful school community. Students selected for this program receive training in restorative practices and conflict-resolution strategies, empowering them to become leaders and role models among their peers.
Students are chosen based on the positive qualities they demonstrate, including leadership potential, creativity, confidence, empathy, and a commitment to helping others.
